I have a friend who ordered a lotion bottle of lube by mail order. A box of goodies unexpectedly accompanied the lube. One of the items was this. (See Below)
 

I told my friend it was a cock ring. He was thinking it was too small. Plus he was wondering about the inside 'crenellations."

 

I still think it's a cock ring, but I can easily be convinced if it's actually something else.
