I have used CapCity or the AgencyDC (I think the two agencies are connected) several times over the past couple of years and have had varying degrees of success. The operation itself is pretty efficient, but most of the escorts seem to come and go rather quickly. My favorite escort of their's was Joel (a gorgeous, long & lean, very passionate young Filipino-American), but he is long gone (alas). Out of the current crop I would have to say that Dan and Angel are my favorites. Both have great personalities, are quite cute, and I have had good times with each of them.

 

If I read Rockville Guy's message correctly and he had to pay a $100 "travel fee" (to Rockville!?!?!) over the $170 DC hourly rate, I would say that the rate is simply too high for any of the escorts there - they are not $270 escorts. For $30 more you could try to arrange to meet with Talvin when he is in town and available.

I haven't seen anything recent posted in the reviews about CapitalCityBoys or any of there escorts, and was wondering if anybody in DC had used that agency recently and had any thoughts. I saw that old reviews of their escorts were good, but I haven't seen any reviews on current escorts. Any info would be appreciated.

I have called Cap boys a couple times in the past few months, but the fee they charge for having one of their guys come outside the DC area is a little steep! I'm only about 8 miles from DC and an extra 100 is kinda high for me.

You read it correctly however your are correct in that I never went thru with having them send anyone out. I indeed did call Talvin and although Talvin charges 50.00 more then his regular 300.00, it was well worth the extra money. The only thing I wish Talvin would offer is to bottom but I do respect his decision to not ofer this. It would be nice if all escorts treated and respected their clients like some of the top escorts we have locally.

Sounds like you did the right thing, Rockville Guy. Now don't get me wrong, I've met some nice guys and had some great times via CapCity/Agency, but most of their escorts tend to be rather new to the business, in it for the short-term, and certainly most should not cost you more than $200 tops. Some of these guys probably come from Maryland anyhow (I know that I have met some) - it would have been nice if CapCity had suggested that you get together with one of them rather than have a flat $100-to-Rockville "long distance" charge. That is truly excessive.

I have not used them recently either. You might want to check DC Boys (http://www.dcboys.com I think) which looks to be run by the same guy with the same escorts for the most part.

 

There's also an agency called http://www.eliteescortsdc.com that you may want to check out. I have seen "Dean" a couple of times. He is older than they say he is, but he does look younger than he is. Very sweet guy. I have been wanting to try "Tyson" and "Billy" for a while but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I was with Tyson not too long ago. He is personable, has a great body and beautiful face, but he was feeling a bit under the weather that evening, had worked a very long day at his real job, and I suspect that on that evening he would have rather been at home recuperating. Therefore, I would rate the experience as just OK. Perhaps if he had had more energy it would have been a more memorable experience. I want to be fair and not judge him on one time when it was obvious that he was not feeling his best.

Overall, you are probably right, DCescortBoy, but I don't imagine he is the only escort who has gone to an appointment when he didn't feel completely up to it. (It isn't as if he showed with his nose running or sneezing or throwing up.) I had arranged the visit a couple of days ahead of time and on the day of the appointment someone at his regular job hadn't shown up so he had to work a few hours extra. Since he works for an agency, he may have been under more pressure to make the appointment rather than cancel. And maybe its just that the VISA bill was due that week.

 

I like to get my money's worth as much as anyone, but I understand that sometimes things happen. I have had much more disappointing times with escorts who were perfectly well-rested. Certainly I was disappointed that my time with him wasn't as great as I would have liked and would like to think that had he been better rested it would have gone better, but I prefer not to be too hardnosed about it all.

Hi guys I am new to posting on the message board but have been on the site for about 8 months. This topic sort of brought me out of the "lurker closet" so to speak.

 

I have had some experience with Cap City and have to agree that some of thier guys tend to be in the biz for a short time. Also, lets not forget that DC is really a small market. Just about every guy listed with Elite Escorts is also working with Tops as well.

 

Have not hired Tyson but have heard that he is good. He seems a little like a club kid to me from his photos on both agencies sites.

 

I just recently had an experience with an escort I hired who called me two hours before our appointment to tell me he was sick with a cold and that he really felt he should not make the appointment. While I was disappointed by the call, I was impressed that he had the business sense to care about the quality of his work and my health. He was worried about giving me his cold and not performing up to his usual standards. I have hired him three times in the last two months.

 

I called his agency and another guy was sent over a couple of hours later. It all worked out ok. I guess it depends on the situation but if an escort has a cold or whatnot he should not be exposing his clients. This is also true for clients in my opinon.

I totally agree that a sick escort should beg off an appointment. But in my experience things like head colds, even after they are essentially over, can have residual effects, such as exhaustion, especially after an extra-long work day.

When he knew he would have to work late, he asked me if I would rather beg off. I told him a couple of hours later was no problem. While we were together he gave no indications of being actively unwell and I have had plenty of time to develop a cold if he had been infectious. I didn't want to give someone a bad rap simply because he wasn't at his physical peak on the particular evening that we got together. He has a nice personality, a body to die for, and made every effort to be accomodating. In this instance it just wasn't our night.

I'll tell you why. Greed. I have asked them this question and they gave me some bullshit answer about their ISP requiring it. Of course it would be too easy to use one of the ubiquitous AVS's. The really baffling thing is that no photos at all are available without the AVS, even the G-rated ones.

 

This whole thing is the main reason I refuse to deal with this agency. That and a rather negative experience I had with them several years ago.

I totally agree that it is ridiculous that Tops69 doesn't even have face pix available without paying for it. I do, however, like their $200 for 90 minutes policy. I have used them twice. The first time was quite awhile ago, but the chemistry wasn't right for me and it wasn't a very good session (although the escort has received good reviews on this site, so I guess it was me). I used them again a few weeks ago and had a MUCH better time. The person at the agency who handled the arrangements was pleasant and efficient.

if he works for tops, it would have been no problem for him to cancel the appointment. marvin (owner) would just stammer for a minute or two, then work diligently to find someone else suitable for you. i don't have a lot of great things to say about marvin, but he does try very hard to please clients & he'll expend a lot of effort to suit the escort to the client.

 

of course, i heard that marvin has administrative help now, so he might not be actually setting up the appointments anymore.

cause marvin gets more of a profit from the direc-passport (or whatever it is called these days) than from any other AVS.

marvin did that at the request of some of the guys who work for him. he pressures (not hard, but pressure nonetheless) guys to make face pics available. lots of guys worried that friends or family might stumble upon the site & see their pics. (what mom is doing going to an escort agency's site is beyond me... perhaps she wants to hire a tranny?)

Quit using Tops in the mid 90s; several times over a period of a couple of years, they used different names for the same guy.
