Correct.  Below is the ChatGPT generated request that was sent.  (And given there was ChatGPT metadata pasted into the message, I know it was generated from it.)

The only actionable part of it was removal of direct images of him as those are covered as part of DMCA.  But harassment and privacy complaints do not stand.

And it gets better... he obviously has no clue about what he's talking about and is continuing to use ChatGPT to try and throw around legalese to make this sound important/official/legal.  Honestly he's doing himself a bigger disservice in how he's handing this whole situation.  I can't comment on him as a provider, but how he's handling this would preclude me from considering engaging with him in any sort of fashion. 

I wonder if he's going to do what someone else did and make up fake cease and desist letters from a fake lawyer to try and scare us next?  We've already dealt with that previously...  so we already have a path with a real lawyer to handle it if so.  The legal path also will lead to discovery, and my lawyer being able to showcase exactly what is going on with his "business" with getting text records, emails, phone calls, etc.  If he wants to open THAT can of worms, he's likely going to not like the outcome.  

It’s funny … he actually does not have people saying bad things about him here. His handling of this though makes him look much worse than he likely is. It’s a shame he can’t seem to talk for himself without ChatGPT copy paste demand letters.

Very impressed by all this.  I honestly naively thought this website's mere existence violated federal and/or California law.  I thought it was not ok to host a website that reviews "providers". Glad you have your ducks in a row. 😍
