I feel stupid but I have to ask - is "ice cream" slang for something I'm unaware of, or are you indicating he goes to his freezer and comes back, then presents you with ice cream while massaging your feet?

As tempting as that may be, him keeping his clothes on has me looking for a tastier provider.
