Rod Hagen Posted December 17, 2025 Posted December 17, 2025 (edited) I take whatever Peter Attia incidentally mentions he takes: My list is pretty short, he'd be happy to hear that. He and others in his circle think the RDA recommendation for Protein is woefully short of what is actually beneficial, and the science supports that skepticism.
