I also do morning ginger and turmeric shots. Also love to drink a bottle of Suja cold-pressed Ginger Love with lunch. Kroger-owned stores often sell it at a discount. And TJ’s sells a delicious apple cider vinegar drink.

I"ll have to try the apple cider vinegar drink.  Was worried about the sugar but actually pretty low.  Thanks!

I take whatever Peter Attia incidentally mentions he takes:

My list is pretty short, he'd be happy to hear that.  He and others in his circle think the RDA recommendation for Protein is woefully short of what is actually beneficial, and the science supports that skepticism.
