Mobility, muscle, & mindful touch

For the past 15 years, I've worked as a mobility and strength coach helping people move better, feel stronger and live with far less daily pain. My bodywork approach blends mobility, assisted stretching, breath work, deep pressure techniques, and intuitive touch to restore comfort, range of motion, and nervous system ease.

Every session is tailored to what your body needs that day - whether that's targeted work on tight hips and low back tension, opening the chest and shoulders, guided breath for nervous system regulation, or full-body flow to release stress and stagnant energy. I focus on helping you reconnect with your body through slow, intentional, restorative work.

Expect grounded, attentive, hands-on care designed to create space where you feel supported, safe, and able to let go. My goal is to help you breathe deeper, move smoother, and walk out feeling lighter, longer, and more aligned.
