Does anyone have recent experience with Taylor in LA that they can share here or DM me.

Yes, there are threads recommending him, mostly on Best Massage threads, which is encouraging.  But those are either older posts and/or just briefly state you can't go wrong with Taylor.

So, I'm checking in to see who has booked him recently, with feedback they might share.
