Anyone watching The Lowdown with Ethan Hawke? Watched the first 2 episodes and now on my must continue list. Episodes drop Tuesdays at 9pm ET. 

The Lowdown follows battered Tulsa journalist Lee Raybon (Ethan Hawke) as he uncovers corruption and conspiracies tied to a powerful family (headed by Kyle MacLachlan) and loosely based on real life events. Created by Sterlin Harjo (Reservation Dogs), it’s a great blend neo-noir, grit, and humor.

I'm halfway through E1.  Seems predictable to me.  Does it get better?  Maybe a little more nuanced in terms of who the bad and good guys are?
