The Dominican Republic. The boys are friendly, available, and cheap (and most are hung like horses). They're not on drugs, and there are few bad apples. Even a walk on the malécon in Santo Domingo will yield positive results. With the easy availability of friendly street boys, you need not pay big money for an "escort".
