Male's Show Strippes (@MStrippes) is a Twitter account that features male strippers performing mostly completely nude.  The surprising thing to me in many performances, the strippers engage in sexual acts with each other and with audience members (male and female) while on stage.  I'm guessing this is someplace in Europe.  The dancers and audience look western.  I see some signage in the club that looks like it might be English language.  

Anybody have an idea where these clips are filmed?

From my knowledge I think there are a few bars I recognize:

The bar where it is a Latin looking dancer on a runway stage interacting with patrons is in Colombia.  
 

There is at least one clip of a couple of dancers dancing at Stock Bar in Montreal.  
 

And most of the sex on stage videos are of performers at HustlaBall in Berlin.

Also if you go to this account

you will see most of the same posts with many of the sites of the clips given credit instead of a different website.  I prefer this account since it actually usually tells me the names of these bars.

The bar you are talking about with the runway in Colombia is in Bogota - Its a mega nightclub called Theatron which has about 20 some rooms (its massive).  they only have the sky bar where the boner dancers are open on Saturday nights though.
