Attempted to possibly meet with him but had a negative experience messaging (Didn't seem too into it) and when I couldn't make it he decided to continuously tried to message me A LOT, which sounded needy. Wouldn't recommend.

Yup…definitely doesn’t sound good.  That would put me off too.
