There is a very old thread with no real information so I thought I would bring this provider up again.  He has had an ad for many many years so he must be getting some business.  Anyone with any intel or experience with him?

Thanks, I've seen his ad for years as well and have wondered about Don.  His number is Philly-based so maybe some of our brethren from the City of Brotherly Love have some old experience(s) with him.
