He had a profile in the past with very sparse desriptive info and it was rarely active with no clear face photos and asked for a deposit. I declined. (Then later randomly saw a social media posting group photo from someone else and saw who it is). The profile is "new" in the sense that it is way more descriptive and now shows clear face photos. This example is consistent with a recent anectodal trend I'm noticing of a lot of proactive outreach from more providers and more active engagement from profiles that in the past were more stand-offish.
