Again, MF allows advertisers to turn off their ads when they are not available. He will turn it back on when he resumes appointments. Makes perfect sense to me from both sides. 
 

I don’t know why every advertiser doesn’t utilize this very practical function. Perhaps they want to remain visible even though they are not working for future business generation.
