Any feedback on Grunter in Dallas?

Has anyone here had a session with him? He's been on rentmasseur since November 20 and has 4 brief reviews; the prices shown in the reviews are a little all over the place for the same modality (maybe tips were included for some but not others).

I messaged him, but he stated location was some rural town far away from DFW. He was also not consistent with the pricing, and he was more interested in other things.

He says he's in a small town? That's interesting -- his location map says east Dallas (east of Central). The pricing disparity was a red flag. Would you mind sending me a DM and explaining your "other things" comment? Think I understand what you're implying but want to confirm. Thank you!

I'm intrigued by what might happen when Grunter meets Big Noise. Will the neighbors complain about the sounds? 🤩

I haven't seen him. I'm interested, but he requires a deposit and a pic, which makes me uncomfortable. He lives in Cleburne but stated that he can book a B&B for a larger deposit. He was friendly via text.

Currently in Oak Cliff currently.  No table.  He asked for a pic, I declined and we moved on to the booking.  No deposit was mentioned.
