You're right.  Didn't check the dates, just relied on my conviction that I would have noticed him before.

In fact, there are threads on him going back six plus years, but no mention since 2017 (two other earlier threads linked in this 2017 thread):

He probably deactivated his ad years ago and recently reactivated it. In the past when I’ve seen other providers do that they don’t always update their pics, so it’s a guessing game on how accurate his pics are today
