Yes, you are correct.  I reached out and got the same reaction.  His opening sentence says it all.  Yet, he does seem to have a playful vibe.  Perhaps, upon meeting the client if there is a connection?  But there should be no expectation walking in to the appointment.

I saw him. he's sweet, the massage was just ok at best. not enough pressure, not really skilled. HE was best part though I didn't last long lol.
