Having to send your ID and payment verification on RM?

So I just renewed my membership on RM partially by gifting one of my favorite escorts a membership. RM made me "verify" my payment by sending my ID and writing and signing on a piece of paper that I sent the payment. Has anyone else had to do this? Honestly it makes me a little nervous and I am considering just deleting my profile after the membership is over. I don't like them having my ID like that. I probably shouldn't have don it except that I told the escort I would and I didn't want to back on that.

 

RM is feeling more and more shady. Should I be worried about this?

They are asking this now to escorts. Many of them say they've been members for a long time and RM sometimes makes exemptions.

Years ago but my membership lapsed a bit. I have an escort friend/client that I have actually have a nice friendship with (I still pay for his services of course, but we have hanged out outside of that). And I offered to pay for his membership since it had lapsed and he was just about to go on a trip. It only cost $99 and I would get a month of premium too so I figured, why not? But then they asked that of me and that's not really what I expected. Apparently my friend told me had to do the same as well. I guess it's more about if you are getting memberships for escorts maybe?

I know 2 guys who've been members since 2015 (after the RB raid) they 2 of them were concerned about RM listing their real age... they are fortunate they got an exemption and RM didn't require their ID.

One more thing, they don't mind someone paying a monthly membership as a gift but escorts must use their own CC and not a sugar daddy's for their monthly payment.
