You should try QC Spa. There's a ferry nearby North Brooklyn that goes there. It's easily the top spa in NYC. You will have a idyllic time there. It's a great respite of peace and relaxation whenever I visit the city. Very young, good-looking crowd too. Striking views of the city and the river.
