I saw him one time around three years ago.  The massage itself was just ok...not terrible, not great.  Included MT and HE.  I did not repeat, but had nothing to do with the massage itself.  Let me just say he will win no awards for housekeeping or cleanliness.  The overall living conditions left much to be desired.  It may be different now...that was three years ago.

I saw him recently @Damien  he’s at a new place near Union square, just been there a year. It’s a modern non run down building though the apartment a bit unkempt. 
pros- nice guy easy to book last minute. Very competitive rate 

cons- pix are pretty dated and he is a bit heavier now   Normal aging stuff, nothing dramatic but not as cute as his pix imo. Massage just ok. Broken neck cradle.
 

 I don’t plan to repeat but if you are on a budget,might be a good choice as  the typical extras are also there

saw him recently as well. i understand we all have our off days, but his home was very unkempt (sink full of dishes, dust everywhere) which then made me question cleanliness of the massage bed and everything else. 
 

massage itself was very average, but very affordable ($150) - if you’re on a budget, go ahead, but I won’t repeat

Yeah saw him a few weeks ago, and totally agree--place was a mess, and was quite uncomfortable laying my head on the cradle.

And I thought the massage was very bad--probably the worst I've had tbh. there was no pressure at all. The rate was low but eek.
