He and his partner are both in my area this weekend.  Is his partner one to avoid, also ? What's the experience with him people can share ?

Yes you want avoid both of them. 
They aren’t traveling together as much. 
Scott is in Orlando now and he still is a waste. You want to avoid for sure.
