I have a fantasy of making out with a weakened muscle stud or superhero and rough-wrestling him to his knees.  Are there any NYC/DC providers who can get into ruff stuff?  Gut-punching subs to the front. Safe word always, and acting is +++ (pretend it hurts).

I think your best bet would be to directly ask muscle providers who indicate that they are very kinky. I doubt anyone on here would be able to help with this specific kink for a specific location.
