I have not used Logan yet, but have considered him many times. Him being in Atlanta has been hard for me since I am 6 hours away. 3 reviews suggests that he is really good, but do not do an incall with him because he has a roommate and he always seems rushed that way. Take him to your motel. Also note that Logan does not kiss and communications with him also suggests that he may decide to not do "other things" depending on how he feels with the clients.
