Looking at the ad, it doesn't seem like they would cater to a gay man massage experience. Am I wrong in my assumption?
White lotus Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 I went recently, not good: 1. The steam room was out of order (and apparently has been for months). Without the steam room, there’s just one sad and depressing little whirlpool in the men’s room 2. I felt like the attendant was following me around the whole time with bad energy, like I was a would-be shoplifter in a store full of things he felt I couldn’t afford. 3. Empty when I went, Saturday mid day Since the new owners of spa castle have killed the vibe there as well, we are now at a severe spa shortage lol pubic_assistance and Harryinny 2
TaintRight Posted July 5, 2024 Posted July 5, 2024 Sadly we do have a shortage. Last time I went to NY Spa & Sauna in Flushing it was still good! Will be going again tomorrow to check out it. There's also Crystal Spa in Palisades Park. That's a whole different ballgame lol
MoshYeru Posted June 20 Posted June 20 I went last week. I had a great experience in the steam room (it's tiny, though) a good mix of nationalities. I think the massages are strictly legit.
TaintRight Posted November 8 Posted November 8 I went last Saturday evening and it was fairly busy. They had an attendant posted up in the wet area the whole time. Sitting on a bucket staring at the steam room. This made it very unrelaxing and awkward. Does anyone have an alternative for another Korean Spa in Manhattan?. Is this the only one in the area?
luvhusky Posted November 8 Posted November 8 That’s the only one and it sucks. Flushing or Jersey are the options. Except Russian and Turkish baths which is not the same at all
