Not that strange in NYC. When you live with room mates in a small space, it is less hassle to meet at the client’s place.

He probably uses someone else's place or pays a smaill fee to his roommate to be away for an hour.

The pictures remind me of TuckerNYC who offers a bondage/edging option, but it is not quite him.
