Tho that's more than I would want to pay, I like the idea of a questionnaire-- makes for clear communication without a lot of back & forth.

I responded to the questions, then send an email back with a question prior to setting an appointment.  Never heard back from him.  Maybe he assumed I  thought the price was too high.  Expectations would be high, but I'd give it a try.

I appreciate his attention to detail and that's all great info to know up front (for example, I hate massage oil and prefer lotion), but $385 for 90 minutes?
