Nice and Clean Space in San Diego?

Who do you recommend that has a clean space in San Diego and is also a nice guy?

Anyone to avoid?  I don't like booking with someone who doesn't have a safe environment, has anger issues, or has a studio that smells unclean.  That's reasonable, right?  Easy parking is a plus.
