Ad says 5 years.  Maybe he's a member and saw your post?   I've seen the ad before for what it's worth but didn't get a chance to hire

If you're were talking about the years of experience under the "My Experience" tab, my guess would be the discrepancy might be down to the fact that that's probably a self-reported number and doesn't update itself like it can with someone's age based on a birthday. So he might've just overlooked updating it. 

His "About Me" does says five years experience, so with a start in 2018, looks like he needs to update that one as well to six for 2024 soon
