$45 - time frame unknown - in 2024? I haven't paid that little since groveling with a guy almost 10 years ago who raised his rate to 50 from 45 to give me his lower rate from an older ad he hadn't remembered to update yet. Yes, I almost always give a gratuity with my donation, a 50 and two two's.
