Cheap eats

Anyone have any good ideas for cheap eats. I had an old. Ook ook that was called dinning on a dime. Sadly it fell apart during a move.  Old spiral bound and it unspiraled itself ha. 

Anyway any good ideas for cheap but tasty dinner ideas. 

As you know prives of everything has skyrocted. I try to keep a pantry full of can goods and a freezer full of protein on sale. 

 

I also try to do at least 1 or 2 meatless dishes a week. Using beans, lentils etc as a protein spice.
