Isn't a nude body-to-body erotic massage intimate? I think he basically is saying no sex.

I think you're exactly right.

Even if that "nude body-to-body" contact results in two erections -- or even an orgasm -- he doesn't consider that to be INTIMATE! 

So there's full-body nude contact but with no penetration. By interpreting his service like that, he's safe from any accusations of offering sex.
