Which agency are you asking about? There used to be one in DC. It disappeared for a while, but recently returned to advertising in the Blade.

I've used a couple of their guys and was never very impressed. I think Capital City Boys/The Agency is better.

Capital City Boys (http://www.capitalcityboys.com) and The Agency (http://www.theagencydc.com) have "better looking" guys on staff, from what I've seen (and experienced a couple). Their websites are very similar and I think they might be run by the same management.

Well, Cap City Boys and The Agency (which are indeed under the same management) tend to have younger twink guys and Tops tends to have mid 20's and up. But there's a lot of mix and match, and some escorts work out of all of the agencies simultaneously. All have good reputations, especially Tops, which has been around the longest. Tell them what you're looking for and chances are they have it.
