Wow with the numerous glowing five-star reviews he has received, I wonder why he is keeping his rates so low at $110/60 mins and $150/90 mins. Unheard of these days especially with the post-covid economic inflation and cost of living.

Even if he only does two 90-minute massages a day he could be grossing about $75K per year plus tips - and that would only require about 4 hours of work a day.  With those prices and the quality of massage he evidently provides, he probably has no difficulty keeping his schedule full and predictable.  That may be a better option than trying for a higher price and having to hope that clients will book.

Saw him like 2-3 times maybe 2 years ago, massage was pretty good.

Therapeutic only for me, shorts on the whole time.

I have had 2 massages from Tim and for the price I think was worth it. In terms of YMMV I have not, nor I have heard anyone who has had anything else but therapeutic.

I’ve had multiple massages with Tim. Strictly therapeutic, but he is amazing and personable and great to look at. If you are looking for therapeutic, you can’t go wrong with Tim.

I think Tim is very good looking but always fall for "New Photos" on his ad and nothing is ever new (and some pics several years old). Gets me to click every time lol.
