I reached out to him the last time he was visiting. He responded pretty quickly that he will be available and driving back to his BNB and will follow up after the fact. Didn’t hear a word from him after so I just scrapped that day as a loss.

I travel for family and fun and can tell you that sometimes the day just takes you places you weren't expecting. 

Up to you if you reach out again, I've been there where I don't hear back and they go to the bottom of the list or off it.

I can only post about my personal experience...and it was completely worth it and memorable.  Enough for me to actually start a post about it.
