I went many years ago.  Not sure if it has changed much.  Front lobby was changing room, then a dance floor with bar.  Behind was multiple large dark rooms with play furniture.

Going tonight will have a better idea. It looks more gay men then queer space

Painfully dull. I went tonight with a friend for the first time. Like a republican convention except with men in jock straps. Almost no one doing anything.  Mostly introverted cruiser types. The set up sucks. Three big rooms (one is the dance floor) and the other two just have people walking in and out. No privacy at all. Attractive men, but there was attitude and stupidity which is unfortunately rampant in the gay “community”.  By way of comparison, I’d say slammer is much better. Denla is sort of like a retro gay bar pre-AIDS where guys wore jocks or nude, except nothing much goes on at DenLa. Of course if you’re young and hot, you’ll find some anywhere you go. But there was a lot of posing and just staring at DenLA.

Went to slammer and it was horrible. So much attitude. Not sure about the event you went to but most DenLA events I've been to have been not a lot of attitude.
