Cubanloiz - anyone had experience?

Hi,

I've been in touch with this guy. And his communication has been... assertive. He's kind of offering to hang the moon for a nice price which I appreciate, but the tone of some of the communication is making me wonder if he doesn't have a few screws loose? Assertive more than occasionally feels like it's wandering into being maybe kind of aggressive or even angry? And I can't tell if this is a language barrier thing maybe, or if I should just listen to my alarm. Has anyone had any in-person experience with this provider?
