Sriracha sauce maker Huy Fong Foods says their production has been hit again by poor chili pepper harvests. They blame poor weather conditions have hit their suppliers hard. They have not been able to produce enough to keep retailers supplied, leaving consumers with the choice of buying knock-off cock sauce or paying scalpers online exorbitant prices, as much as $60/bottle, for the real thing.
