Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but it seemed to fit best here. Traveling to Chicago soon,  and wondering about checking this place out around lunch hour one day. Does anyone have any Intel on it? Is it clean? What type of crowd? When does it get busy?

I am appreciative of anything one might care to share. TIA.

Just following up that I wouldn't recommend this place. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Just saving somebody else the hassle. I went during a weekday lunch hour.

Why did you not like it? Is it because of the people or a lack of hygiene?

Well, primarily because the door to the arcade was open, and the clerk was peering back there. Only one guy was in the arcade, and he did not appear terribly clean. If the door had been closed, I would have waited around to see if more would come in, but I wasn't comfortable and left.
