Yeah. That's right. Quoted me 250 for the massage.

I asked for some pics when we were chatting about what I was looking for / rates etc. He gave me a bit of an attitude. Between that and the mixed reviews I decided to pass.

Now in Tampa. I am so grateful for this forum.

This just reinforces my belief that hot travelers who charge over $200 an hour and whose pix suggest modeling aspirations are best avoided. Name changes make it orders of magnitude worse, of course.

For some reason during this past two weeks I keep coming across many comments about many providers which is giving me a new insight into something I don't think I previously understood. Why are there people who tend to think that the guys who are hot but travel are a red flag? Is this to suggest that if they were hot and good that they could just stay in their home location and have regular repeated clients? That's what I'm thinking but I'm not sure. I have hired hot travelers before and some were very good and of course there were some that I wish would be deported. LOL. Oh don't get me wrong I don't wish for the deportation because we will lose half our providers if Trump doesn't die sooner or later.

Of course there is variation, and if someone is great, they'll likely have great reviews here.

Those who don't are a very risky bet IMHO, and here is the dynamic. If a masseur delivers great VALUE, that is, the difference between what he delivers and what he charges, he should be able to grow a local clientele of repeat clients in any sufficiently big market. This includes guys who cover a limited geographic area, say you are based in Cincinnati and regularly visit Indy, Louisville, and Columbus. It makes sense to see them because you know that you'll get another chance soon, and that this is precisely what they want. A hot guy charging a lot and traveling country-wide is likely skimming the market, that is, not leaving enough value on the table for the client to come back. He relies on clients thinking with their small heads or simply wanting to check him out up close and personal. The experience will typically be "been there, done that" once they realize he is not worth a repeat, so he has to keep moving because he runs out of business even in the huge market of NYC, Miami, or LA. It only gets worse with masseurs who think of themselves as models and keep hoping that that career will take off. Many of them deep down hate what they (have to) do to maintain a certain lifestyle.

Excellent response and they thank you very much. And I believe every word of it 100% I just need somebody to express what I have been experiencing and coming to believe. Thank you.
