Scammed me out of $140.00 as a "deposit" was on his way one time, got a flat tire (lie) second time was on the way, supposed to arrive at 11, then 11:30, 12:00.... then suddenly "I got nervous and turned around"   Joker has updated his location to San Juan... was supposed to refund the money, do you think that happened? of course not.  I will never pay a "deposit" again.
