From a reviewer who has been registered since 2015, so,presumably not a fake account:

The person in the photo is not who showed up. The guy who showed up was different, he seemed very nervous and uncomfortable. He also made comments which appeared that he was being forced to do this against his will by people he owed money to under threat of violence.

This is an age-old scam to get you to pay more $.  Anyone who saw the second season of The White Lotus will recognize it.
