I just noticed the ad myself today.  With that pricing structure, could it be that he works at a spa?  Shangrila Mens Spa is near that location but not on 21st Street.

I went to see Roman this week. He was quick to respond, and communicative. He works out of his apartment in a fairly new building in the Flatiron district. Massage was good: targeted and intentional, less fluid and more focused on working out the kinks, completely therapeutic. I found him friendly and professional, though not particularly warm.

Anyone else try Roman?  Those prices and location seem too good to be true!
