Looking for current recs for Washington DC. I’ve tried Rob several times but he never seems to be available.

That Rob is very much hit-or-miss in terms of availability. I hired him twice last year and was really very pleased, but haven't done so again in several months so maybe his availability has changed?

Thumbs down on this Rob -- a good first experience but a decidedly NOT good second one. Chatted with another guy here about him and he had a similar experience:

I've used Jeff several times when I travelled to DC for work.  Nice friendly guy - great space and if memory is correct you can shower there too.  Good skills and left relaxed and happy.
