Pinned threads discussing"do's and don't" and "where to go for..."

Didn't there used to be pinned topics or tutorials or something saying how travel to places was and where to go and best places to meet providers at bars or houses of ill repute lol? Or am I crazy? There were threads for Brazil, Europe, Spain, Dominican Republic and other destinations for ppl who like to meet providers. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I'm lost lol

Most of those topics were very out of date and no longer relevant. As a result they were unpinned almost a year ago.

Good updated topics we can pin. But I don’t want 10 year old useless threads stuck up top.
