I don't think they're the same person.  Face and body are slightly different, as well as the body hair.  Also the bodybuilding photo competition is from an Eastern European country, whereas Gio Givanni is stated to be Italian

I also want to know if he's real.  Would like to hire when he comes to Miami

I just contacted Georvani and the hourly rate he asked was $500. Even though he was agreeable to my proposal as to what I was interested in doing, it would have required him to do little more than to lie there;  it wasn't like I was asking for anything that would demand lots of effort on his part. Too many of these guys are asking for $500 these days, and they're by no means superior than when $300 was the rate on the high end. Needless to say, I'm passing.
