He said he is not this and that is pretty obvious. He seems hesitant to commit to an appointment. I tried and then he reached out to me at 2 in the morning while my phone was off and I got his message the next day. He wanted to know if I wanted to get together now keep in mind I asked him at around 12:00 noon today before and he told me just to let him know so then I asked if we could meet at 5:00 p.m. .
