I'm blundering around struggling to navigate this great web site. There's so much I still can't do after a month of trying. Is there a file or page of help I missed? ,For example, how do I PM someone? Who should I ask for Help!

Glennnnn: To PM/DM someone who you want to chat with about a provider they have posted about, just tap on the name of that forum member and it takes you to a page with their basic info. Then tap on the envelope icon and it links you directly to a page that lets you send that forum member a private (or “direct”) message. When you’re finished writing your message, tap on Done and then tap on SEND at the bottom of the page. Cool?
