He looks like he might be into fashion, judging by the jewelry (very popular for more fluid men's fashion right now) as well as the dress form with a bra-like top in the background of one of his photos, and the spaghetti strap number he sports in one of the shots.

Perhaps that might be something permanent like a birthmark. Several of his pics appear to have it in the same place and those pics don't appear to have been taken at the same time.
