was struggling a bit on how to answer because i'm not really sure what makes an escort 'good' for a first-timer... i'd describe him as "professionally friendly". very good communicator, friendly chatter, shared a bit about himself, but was also ready to get down to business.  i honestly think if you let him know it's your first time and you're nervous, he'd understand and adjust accordingly.
